What we collect
Order request: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, optional notes, and the products, quantities, and prices in the order.
Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, and message.
Cart and wishlist: kept in a session on this website. They are not a customer account.
Technical data: a session cookie so the cart, wishlist, checkout, and form security check work. Our host may log the IP address, browser type, and pages requested to keep the site secure and to fix faults.
Staff sign-in is separate. Customer browsing does not create an account.
Why we use it
To receive, review, confirm, deliver, or cancel an order.
To reply to a message.
To keep order and inquiry records for the sale and for any later question about that sale.
To limit abuse of checkout, the contact form, and staff sign-in.
We do not sell personal information. This website does not collect card numbers. There is no advertising network and no third-party analytics on the storefront.
How long we keep it
Order and message records are kept while we need them for the order, for accounting, and for a dispute about that order. When they are no longer needed, we delete them or remove the details that identify you.
The shopping session ends when the session expires. Closing the browser may end it sooner, depending on your browser.
Your requests
Email info@proglobalcompany.com to ask for a copy of the order or message information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we do not have to keep it for an order or a legal duty.
We will reply to that request. If a law where you live gives you other privacy rights, you can use them. This policy does not remove a right that the law says we cannot remove.
