Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to use of this website and to order requests sent to PROGLOBAL TRADE LIMITED. Contact info@proglobalcompany.com. If a mandatory consumer law gives you a right these terms cannot take away, that law still applies.

The catalog

Product names, prices, options, and stock shown on the site are invitations to submit an order request. A photograph shows the type of product. The item we supply is the product named on the confirmed order.

Prices are in the currency shown on the product and at checkout. An offer applies only when it is shown on that product at checkout. We can correct an obvious pricing error before we confirm the order, and we will tell you before you are asked to pay.

Order requests

Checkout does not create a customer account and does not take a card payment. You submit a request with your name and phone number. Email and delivery address are optional.

The request is accepted only when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel a request if an item is unavailable, we cannot deliver to the address, the information is incomplete, or we reasonably believe the request is not genuine. If we cancel it and payment has not been taken, you owe nothing for that request. Stock reserved by the request is put back when the order is cancelled.

You agree that the details you enter are accurate and that we can use the phone number and email to contact you about that order.

Payment

Payment is arranged with you after we confirm the order. We will tell you the amount, which matches the confirmed items, delivery fee, and any offer that applied at checkout. Do not send card details by email.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by the Return and Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access the admin area without permission, or interfere with orders. We may block a request that threatens the site or other customers.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying the products we confirm and for the refunds described in the Return and Refund Policy. We do not exclude liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We can update these pages. The date at the top of each page is the date of the current version. The terms that apply to an order are the terms published when you submit that order request.
